I Asked For It!

Today I was sitting on the couch nursing Thad and needed a kleenex. I asked my little helper, Rhett, to go fetch me a kleenex. He returned telling me he couldn't reach them. This was probably true so I asked him to just go get me a little piece of toilet paper. This is the "piece" he brought me from our bathroom to the living room, still attached to the role.

What was I thinking??

On a side, "Rhett-related", note, we had a funny little incident this morning taking Hollace to school. Her classroom is pretty far inside and it is quite a walk from the parking lot of the church. I, along with lots of other moms, use a double stroller, rather than try to carry Thad's carrier and keep Rhett from running away from me or getting run over in the parking lot. This morning it was SO cold. I hate getting Thad out in that, so I was really trying to hurry and get inside. I didn't buckle Rhett into his front seat of the stroller, like usual, b/c I was rushing. When we go to the double doors of the church, Hollace was holding the door for me. As I hurriedly tried to maneuver the huge stroller through, I hit one of the wheels on the other door, and CATAPULTED, and I mean CATAPULTED, Rhett out of the stroller. He flew out and landed with arms sprawled out face down on the floor. It was really quite amusing, and I only continued to laugh after I verified he was not injured.

Did your little helper help you roll it up? That was funny--even the catapulting part--bein's he wasn't hurt or anything!

I have the funny image of Hollace's face as she watched Rhett fly through the air! Glad he is okay.

I love the "little" piece of toilet paper Rhett brought you! ;) When I ask my kids to bring me some, they bring me ONE square to wipe their noses with! I was LOL on the comment on Kristen's blog about Hollace naming her baby Gino, that is HILARIOUS!!! I am laughing just typing this out-priceless!!!!
