Sunday night was the Children Choir's Christmas program at church. The story took place at a sheep ranch. It was really cute!- and went SO much better than the dress rehearsal. The little ones just participated in 3 songs, but that was plenty for the ones of us who helped with those groups. It was based on a sheep farm. The theme song was "Ba-Ba Better Believe"! Hollace was a great little cowgirl and sheep. So cute!

Catching Up: Tree Trimming & Visiting Santa
I am so behind on posting. It doesn't help that we were all sick with a stomach bug all weekend, then our internet was down for a couple of days. Anyway, here are pics from a couple of weekends ago when we put up the Christmas decorations, then went to visit Santa at Brent's work children's party.
wants a "Princess Castrater" (cash register) for Christmas. I have had to explain this numerous times! Ha-Ha.

Giving Thanks
We spent Thanksgiving in Mooreland at Brent's parents' house. It was great and we all ate until we were miserable. My parents came over, so we just had to do the Thanksgiving thing once. We get to spend a lot of holidays with both of our families at the same time! How many people get to do that? I am reminded of how blessed we are with wonderful families (and special family friends too). We are really lucky and love them all!!........Now, for a MUCH NEEDED EXPLANATION of the following three pictures: During dinner, Hollace got into Grammy Terri's antique hat collection and decided we all needed to wear one. She put one on each of us and this is how we all looked during most of dinner.
If you can see Rhett in the back on Papa's lap, he didn't cooperate with Hollace's idea quite as well as everyone else did.
After all the turkey I guess Rhett felt the need to brush his teeth!
He is wearing a vest of Brent's when he was a baby. (Brent's mom got it out-Isn't it cute.)

Starting a Blog/ Hollace's 4th Birthday
Ok, I finally started a blog. It is so much fun to look at my friends' blogs to keep up with them and their kids, especially the ones I don't see very often. So I decided to start my own. I don't know how often I will actually post, but I'll try. I decided to start with Hollace's 4th birthday. It was about a month ago now. I can't believe my baby girl is 4!! She wanted a ballerina party, so here it is.
My mom and I made the girls their own tu-tu for party favors.
