We are hoping to have an uneventful weekend, unlike the last. Last weekend my family had the stomach bug that is going around. The kids started throwing up Friday night/early Sat.am. They felt a little better by Saturday evening, so Brent and I decided to go ahead and drive to Enid to go to a wedding (it was my good friend since pre-school, Ryan Dick). We got home late Sat. night and Brent got sick a few hours later. I had to get up at 4:30am to go to work. A few hours into my shift, I started bleeding (not good when you're pregnant). My Dr. sent me home on bed-rest for a couple of days. Luckily, I did not get the stomach bug, too! (Yet anyway). My bleeding has stopped, but my Dr. is sending me to see a maternal-fetal specialist in OKC on Monday. There is something (looks like a hemorrhage) on my placenta that he is concerned about and wants checked out further. It may be nothing, but he said it is unusual and not something he sees often, so he wants me to go see the specialist. This is similar to, but in a different place (more unusual) than what I had with Hollace. I will spare you all the medical terms/descriptions, since it wouldn't mean much to most of you. Needless to say, I am a little nervous. Everything seems to be fine with the baby right now, but I am anxious to find out exactly what is going on. SO- I would appreciate your prayers that everything is fine, that is is nothing. God is good-ALL the time and I am trying to not worry, and know that He is in control.

Here is my sweet friend, Annie, and I at the wedding. We are pregnant together, AGAIN! Our first daughters are 2 1/2 weeks apart and this time we are just a week apart (not on purpose).

Love the photos!! I saw your husband on the woodward news website. I was surprized I recgonized him, but I did. Anyway, I hope things are better for you and your baby, I'll be keeping you in my thoughts!!

You look so cute pregnant--Too bad the fashions have changed. I got to wear stuff with giant collars and stripes and appliques and stuff...LOL.
